Lyne is the very proud wife of Nicholas J. Reider. A unique part of Lyne’s testimony speaks to the hearts of single mothers. After giving birth to her son Malik at the age of nineteen, Lyne found herself alone and scared. The church had turned their backs on her and she decided that no matter what, she was going to raise her son as best as she could. While enrolled in college, Malik went to classes with Lyne and her teachers gave her the support she needed.

Lyne shares with other women the importance of purity and also the significance in listening to God and to move when He says move. Lyne shares how circumstances and being afraid should not hinder you from listening to God. While dating a doctor, the Lord told Lyne to break it off. This was extremely hard because she had struggled all of her life, but she obeyed. Two weeks later, God’s gift to Lyne came into her life.

Yes, Nicholas J. Reider. Every since then Lyne has never wanted for anything! Nick and Lyne met and married in 2004. They have four beautiful children: Malik, KJ (Knickolas John), JoJo (Jordan Joseph) and the Belle of the ball, Grace Alecia-Michelle.

When asked what she loves the most about her husband Nicholas, Lyne replied, “His honor and commitment to God. I have nothing to worry about because He loves God so much, which allows him to love me even more. Oh, and it’s cute to put my head on his chest while we are in worship and hear him sing! He’s such a great daddy and I’m so appreciative to be his honey bear.”

Nick and Lyne attend Living Word Christian Center in Brooklyn Park, MN where Mac and Lynne Hammond are the pastors. Lyne serves in the Senior High as a 242 leader. Nick started a men’s Bible study in Appleton, Wisconsin in 2006 and travels there once a month to minister.
